- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we can reship your order once the reshipping fee is paid.
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.
- If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery date) and include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
- We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or other resolution, depending on stock availability and the results of the investigation.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order.
